The 2020-2021 COVID-19 pandemic drastically changed the landscape of the Insurance Industry and forced Concannon to reevaluate the way they pursue new business. Additionally, the past few years have presented the insurance industry with significant challenges, including inflation, climate-change and an uptick in digitally-focussed businesses, which poses its own threats (cybersecurity, for one). 

KMG helped Concannon Insurance to develop a new approach for marketing their services in a digital space, built a new website and developed a monthly newsletter designed to foster ongoing client communication.

KMG’s digital support for Concannon, including social media, email and web, has helped the company continue to thrive and grow in an increasingly-digital space. Our efforts have brought thousands of visitors to the Concannon site (and our reach continues to scale at +112% yr/yr). Additionally, our monthly newsletter receives strong engagement with a 34.5% open rate and a 6.2% click-through rate, well above industry averages.
