Inspiration is Everywhere – Look Up

Do the things that make you a good leader in person translate effectively in the virtual world? I’ve been pondering this and other existential questions lately. Like will trick-or-treating happen this year? And will I watch the final Presidential debate or is it better to catch the highlights on Twitter?

What is keeping you up? One thing I know for sure is that the world has changed and is unlikely to go back back to the way it used to be anytime soon, if ever. Which is actually ok with me. If 2020 has left us with a souvenir it is resilience. I am so proud of how our team has responded in crisis. In spite of the twists and turns, we have remained laser-focused on our clients, strengthening our ability to work as a team remotely and making time to consider new ways of doing things.

New perspectives. New angles. 10,000 degree views. This is the mindset we have embraced and know you have too. I’d love to hear how resilience, adopting a new perspective or angle has served you in this time period.
