Focus. It's a word we talk about often at Kaleidoscope. Which is why when FOCUS STL invited Cabanne Howard, our CEO, to come and speak at the Focus STL’s Women’s History breakfast panel this month, she welcomed the opportunity! Cabanne was joined by several inspiring women business leaders, including: Bernie Frazier, Missy Kelley and Gabriela Ramírez-Arellano.

FOCUS STL prepares a diverse base of leaders to work cooperatively for a thriving St. Louis region through our experience-based leadership training, civic issue education and public engagement initiatives. Now that's something worth focusing on!

“It was such a wonderful experience to be in the presence of so many interested and engaged women,” said Cabanne. She expressed gratitude for the opportunity and has since met with several attendees interested in mentorship as a result of participating in the event. “Thank you to FOCUS STL for the important work they are doing for our community.
