  3. The Marketing automation tools are very powerful and can handle complex plans. Using this tool will create a more efficient marketing plan with less effort. 

👎 Cons: 

  1. The reporting is basic and does not go deep into their tools performance.This is an area HubSpot can improve on.

  2. HubSpot is the new and with that being said there is a lot of room for growth and tools to be added to the platform in comparison to other CRMs. 

  3. Email layouts and templates could be more designer friendly and improve quality. 

Salesforce

  1. The best part of Salesforce is that it is cloud-based. This means that your account software can be taken anywhere and convenient for those who have various offices in different cities. 

  2. Salesforce is convenient and user-friendly. Everyone on your team will receive access and have the capabilities to have a glimpse in each team's work. 

  3. The customization for your business processes are quick and effective. Salesforce helps you personalize just about anything with ease.

👎 Cons: 

  1. If you are a small business, then Salesforce may be too complex for you. The software is designed for larger scale Sales and Marketing teams.

  2. It is expensive in comparison to other CRMs’. 

  3. The customer support could use some improvement and tends to switch your representatives on you often. 

Mailchimp

👍 Pros: 

  1. The campaign reports are very detailed. Having this kind of insight into your performance rates allows you to improve your communications. 

  2. Mailchimp is user-friendly and easy to navigate through for beginners. 

  3. The deliverability rates are consistently good. Mailchimp has a good track record of minimizing spam reports. 

👎 Cons: 

  1. The template builder is sometimes finicky. You may run into spacing issues or delays. 

  2. Advanced automation is limited. Their autoresponders are good but when getting into more complex automation Mailchimp struggles. 

  3. Mailchimp rolls out frequent updates. This can be frustrating for non-frequent users as they would need to relearn the software often.
